Your responsibilities include:Leading daily client consultationsClosing sales of treatment packages and skincare (avg. $5000/day target)Coaching and uplifting on-site spa staffStrategizing sales campaigns and cross-sell/upsell opportunitiesDriving daily sales quotas and long-term revenueBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting new spa openings or relaunchesTravel ExpectationsLocations: Florida, Texas, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Oklahoma, TennesseeTravel: Every 2–3 months to a new assignmentProvided: Housing, Company car, Travel assistanceMust be open to full-time travel-based employmentRequirements1–3 years of sales, leadership, or customer service experienceProven ability to hit or exceed quotasStrong presentation and consultation skillsOrganized, adaptable, and self-managedComfortable with weekend shifts (e.g., Sundays 11 AM – 6 PM)Reliable transportation to airport or deployment hubs when neededOpen to long-term growth and relocationMust be eligible to work as a 1099 W9 contractor (no employment benefits)Compensation & CommissionBase Salary: $3,000/monthOn-Target Earnings: $100,000+ annuallyCommission Tiers:Tier 1: 4% on sales up to $4,000Tier 2: 6% on $4,001–$10,000Tier 3: 8% on $10,001+Monthly Travel Bonus $1000Perks & BenefitsCompany-paid travel, housing, and car rentalFree spa treatments and skincare discountsCareer advancement into regional leadershipNational brand exposure and ongoing trainingOpportunity to work closely with executive team and spa ownership Reminder: This is a 1099 position.You'll Thrive If You Are:Young at heart, ambitious, and hungry for successA natural leader who makes things happenDriven by purpose and passionate about beautyExcited to build your career while exploring new citiesComfortable being on-camera, well-presented, and articulate
